For this third post in our self-care month, I wanted to talk about something we donβt always name, but almost everyone feels: validation.
As kids, we got gold stars. As adults, we getβ¦ emails. Itβs normal. Itβs expected. But sometimes, it feels a little heavy.
Enter: encouragement stickers. π
Letβs face it, life isnβt always easy. There are endless to-do lists, stress coming from every direction, and people just beingβ¦ people. Some days, all we really need is a hug from someone who understands.
A small reminder that what weβre feeling is valid. πΏ
Youβre not alone in this. And Iβve got just the stickers for it.

Die Cut vs. Sticker Sheets
I own about 3,482 sticker sheets and will probably defend them until the end of time. BUT there are moments when a good die-cut sticker simply wins.
This is one of those moments. π
I love die-cut stickers because they feel more special, more unique (as opposed to a sticker sheet filled with repeated designs). Plus, I can stick them anywhere I need a pick-me-up or a gentle reminder: on my binder, on my water bottle, tucked inside my planner.
Theyβre versatile, and most of them are water- and weatherproof, which means they can survive real life. Yay! πβ¨
π βYou Did a Thingβ Stickers
Not every achievement looks dramatic. Sometimes, just showing up deserves a sticker. β
Some days, climbing mountains feels possible. Other days, just putting on the climbing gear feels like a lot. Both days are valid. These stickers are for the latter.
The first sticker (on the left) is from Jem & Cozy and is perfect for those mornings when getting out of bed already counts as a win.
The second sticker (in the middle) is from The Coffee Monsterz Co. and captures that feeling of staring at a big goal and thinking, βThis is so hugeβ¦ but maybe I can do this.β
The last sticker (on the right) is from The Prairie Planner and is ideal for when you need to be gently reminded that every step forward is still a step forward.
πΏ βIt’s Okayβ Stickers
Do you ever feel like everyone else has it easier? Youβre not alone. π€ And I can genuinely say from experience that these stickers do help.
The first one (on the left) is from KD Makes Stickers and serves as a gentle nudge that itβs okay to justβ¦ be human.
The second one (in the middle) is from Pineberry Paper and points outβplainly, and maybe a bit crudelyβthat no one actually knows the rules to this game of life.
The last one (on the right) is from Unicorn Eclipse and reminds us of a simple fact that is so easily forgotten β that no matter the obstacles, we did make it this far. π
π Stickers About Stickers
Sticker-ception! Whether itβs shopping, using, exchanging, or hoarding, all are encouraged in the sticker world. Soβ¦ whatβs your poison? π
The first sticker (on the left) is from SumLilThings and perfectly sums up the sticker hoarder mood: messy but happy!
The second sticker (in the middle) is from Marshmallow Studio and, well⦠I think we can all agree with it.
The last sticker (on the right) is also from Pineberry Paper and included here because I secretly wish it was an actual club I could join.
BONUS: Stickers Just For The Laughs
Sometimes in life, all we need is a good laugh. These stickers made me chuckleβor at least smileβand I thought they might brighten your day too. π

Final Thoughts
Stickers wonβt fix adulthood.
But a gold star at the bottom of a long Tuesday? Or a fart sticker first thing on a Monday?
Now thatβs a hit. π₯
So keep going. Keep being you. And keep an encouragement sticker or two nearby for when smiling gets a little harder.
