Encouragement Stickers That Feel Like Gold Stars for Adults πŸ’›

For this third post in our self-care month, I wanted to talk about something we don’t always name, but almost everyone feels: validation.

As kids, we got gold stars. As adults, we get… emails. It’s normal. It’s expected. But sometimes, it feels a little heavy.

Enter: encouragement stickers. πŸ’›

Let’s face it, life isn’t always easy. There are endless to-do lists, stress coming from every direction, and people just being… people. Some days, all we really need is a hug from someone who understands.

A small reminder that what we’re feeling is valid. 🌿

You’re not alone in this. And I’ve got just the stickers for it.

  1. Die Cut vs. Sticker Sheets
  2. 🌟 β€œYou Did a Thing” Stickers
  3. 🌿 β€œIt’s Okay” Stickers
  4. πŸ’Œ Stickers About Stickers
  5. BONUS: Stickers Just For The Laughs
  6. Final Thoughts

Die Cut vs. Sticker Sheets

I own about 3,482 sticker sheets and will probably defend them until the end of time. BUT there are moments when a good die-cut sticker simply wins.

This is one of those moments. πŸ’Œ

I love die-cut stickers because they feel more special, more unique (as opposed to a sticker sheet filled with repeated designs). Plus, I can stick them anywhere I need a pick-me-up or a gentle reminder: on my binder, on my water bottle, tucked inside my planner.

They’re versatile, and most of them are water- and weatherproof, which means they can survive real life. Yay! πŸŽ‰βœ¨

🌟 β€œYou Did a Thing” Stickers

Not every achievement looks dramatic. Sometimes, just showing up deserves a sticker. ⭐

Some days, climbing mountains feels possible. Other days, just putting on the climbing gear feels like a lot. Both days are valid. These stickers are for the latter.

Round sticker featuring a smiling yellow star on the a blue background with the sentence "B*tch, you're doing a job."
A sticker with small figurines climbing the steps to a goal.
Sticker of a colorful caterpillar with leaves around it and the words "Small progress is still progress."

The first sticker (on the left) is from Jem & Cozy and is perfect for those mornings when getting out of bed already counts as a win.

The second sticker (in the middle) is from The Coffee Monsterz Co. and captures that feeling of staring at a big goal and thinking, β€œThis is so huge… but maybe I can do this.”

The last sticker (on the right) is from The Prairie Planner and is ideal for when you need to be gently reminded that every step forward is still a step forward.

🌿 β€œIt’s Okay” Stickers

Do you ever feel like everyone else has it easier? You’re not alone. 🀍 And I can genuinely say from experience that these stickers do help.

A vinyl die cut sticker with colorful words on a black background saying "It's okay to make mistakes, not be okay, have hard days..."
A newspaper-looking sticker with happy colors and the headline reading "Nobody knows what they're doing,. We're all just winging it, really."
A dreamy-colored sticker of a diskette with roses and pastel skies and the words "You've made it this far."

The first one (on the left) is from KD Makes Stickers and serves as a gentle nudge that it’s okay to just… be human.

The second one (in the middle) is from Pineberry Paper and points outβ€”plainly, and maybe a bit crudelyβ€”that no one actually knows the rules to this game of life.

The last one (on the right) is from Unicorn Eclipse and reminds us of a simple fact that is so easily forgotten β€” that no matter the obstacles, we did make it this far. 🌈

πŸ’Œ Stickers About Stickers

Sticker-ception! Whether it’s shopping, using, exchanging, or hoarding, all are encouraged in the sticker world. So… what’s your poison? πŸ˜†

A sticker representing a hand drawn bunny covered in stickers and sticker sheets.
A sticker of a marshmallow-like character surrounded by stationery items and the words "It's not an obsession, it's a collection."
A cute and pastel membership-card-looking sticker with the words "Unused Sticker Club" on it.

The first sticker (on the left) is from SumLilThings and perfectly sums up the sticker hoarder mood: messy but happy!

The second sticker (in the middle) is from Marshmallow Studio and, well… I think we can all agree with it.

The last sticker (on the right) is also from Pineberry Paper and included here because I secretly wish it was an actual club I could join.

BONUS: Stickers Just For The Laughs

Sometimes in life, all we need is a good laugh. These stickers made me chuckleβ€”or at least smileβ€”and I thought they might brighten your day too. πŸ˜„

A hand drawn sticker made to resemble a computer error with the words "Error 404 - Brain not found" and two buttons at the bottom offering the options to "Get a snack" or "Take a break"
A hand drawn sticker of a bunny farting with the text "Farts are my love language."
A hand drawn sticker of a duck hugging a pile of parcels with the words "Broke but happy"
A hand drawn sticker of a kawaii milk jug with the words "I tolerate a lot just not dairy"
A hand drawn sticker of a nutrition facts label where the words are replaced by words like "Kindness", "Awesomeness", etc.
A hand drawn sticker of a cute frog wrapped in a pink blanket and the words "Certified homebody"

Final Thoughts

Stickers won’t fix adulthood.
But a gold star at the bottom of a long Tuesday? Or a fart sticker first thing on a Monday?
Now that’s a hit. πŸ’₯

So keep going. Keep being you. And keep an encouragement sticker or two nearby for when smiling gets a little harder.

A lot of cute and funny encouraging stickers, some still as flakes, others stuck inside a reusable sticker book.
