March 6th is a very special day for TheCoffeeMonsterzCo fans around the world… because it’s the shop’s anniversary! 🎉

Nine years ago, teenaged Helen Wang launched her Etsy shop (while still in high school!) with just a few designs—and now, the shop and its adorable emotis have grown into a cozy empire of cuteness. ✨

Today, TCMC offers hundreds of goodies: sticker sheets, washi tape rolls and strips, pen pouches, fountain pen inks, and even a special fountain pen!

The anniversary sale usually debuts a brand-new theme (this year’s was Tabletop Treasures—all stationery! Yay!! 😄💖), along with new sticker sheets and exclusive items to swoon over. 😍

The Unboxing of My TCMC Anniversary Sale Order

This year’s anniversary sale was extra special—it rolled out in two parts! 🎉📦
I only joined in for part one, since part two was all about the brand-new TCMC x Esterbrook fountain pen. And as a total fountain pen newbie, I decided to admire from afar (for now 😉✨).

The Freebies

Any order from TCMC comes with a freebie (the one marked Ch. 3 in the picture below—there’s a new one each month!) and a journaling card. But during events like the shop’s anniversary sale, special freebies are added! 🎁

The Stickers

Of course this is where we start—stickers are the best! 🎉✨ (Okay okay, I know, I’ve made my point… LOL 😅)

I always grab the large doodles from whatever theme Helen dreams up. I’m such a sucker for deco stickers, and these are always just perfect. (They come in both regular matte sticker paper and washi sticker paper.) 💖

Also, having recently switched from a bigger planner (with 1.5″ columns) to a smaller one (with 1.25″ columns), now the Hobonichi Cousin fullboxes fit just right. 📒

The other two sheets I grabbed—Organize Desk and No Time To Write—were to help make those necessary evils a bit more fun. 😅✏️
I especially love that No Time To Write comes in two types of paper (regular matte and washi paper) and a variety of sizes: from small (the one I got) to large to humongous!
(Just to clarify: it’s the size of the sticker that changes, not the size of the sheet. 😉)

The Washi Tape & Other Stationery

The Desk Scribbles small sticky envelope (3.6″ x 2.5″) is a little smaller than other adhesive pockets TCMC has made in the past. The regular sticker sheets don’t quite fit in it, but it’s perfect for sticky notes or washi sample cards! 🗂️📎

I also can’t get over how focused the little emoti looks—so me when I go off to “play with my stationery” and forget to eat or sleep. 😅(Oops!)

Now let’s talk washi tape! 🎉🌀
The two rolls I picked up are absolutely gorgeous, with soft muted tones and the coziest tabletop treasures—aka all the stationery goodies we love. ✂️📏💌

And as always, the quality is top-tier—exactly what you’d expect from a TCMC washi. 💖✨

💌The big Keep Creating envelope is B6-sized (5″ x 7″) and made of semi-transparent plastic, perfect for holding 20+ sticker sheets.✨

The design matches the one on the journaling card, and I absolutely love it—mainly because it says “Keep creating!” 🎨

That message speaks right to my heart. I love to create! Whether it’s doodling, journaling, or setting up a planner spread, that little reminder makes me feel so encouraged and inspired. 🖌️💕

The Thing I Was Looking Forward To The Most…

The Blob! 💚

This magnificent little guy makes me giggle every single time I look at it. 😂💚
It’s made from zinc alloy with an antique bronze coating, and it’s surprisingly weighty! Technically, it’s a pen rest—probably designed with fountain pens in mind since so many TCMC fans love those—but honestly? It works with pretty much anything. A pen, a marker… even a small curling iron if you’re feeling wild. 😄🔥

What I adore most are the engraved details—the tiny face, the little logo… so cute! ✨
And I laughed way too hard at the note on the box that said “This is not an airplane.”
(Confession: I immediately held it in my hand and flew it across the room making airplane noises… just to check. 🛩️😆)

If I had to mention one con, it’s that the felt bottom leaves a bit of black fuzz on some surfaces—but it’s minor and wipes away easily with a hand swipe. 🧽

The Thing I Didn’t Expect To Love As Much As I Do…

The All The Papers notepad! 📝💖

This one completely caught me off guard—in the best way! I’d seen it before and thought, “Oh, that’s cute!” but when I held it in my hands? 😍 I was instantly obsessed. I even went back and ordered two more copies to bring to work! 😂

I thought it’d be smaller, but it’s actually a great size at 5.75″ x 3.75″, with 30 sheets per pad. Each column is 1.5″ wide, which makes it super functional. And the paper styles? An actual dream: lined, blank, grid, and dot grid. There’s something for every mood and task! 🧠📋🌈

And of course, the adorable emotis and stationery illustrations are just the cherry on top. 🍒
Truly, a surprise fave!
