Sometimes I sit at my desk, surrounded by pastel pens, sticker sheets covered in smiling unicorns, and notebooks that look like they belong in a dream world… and I wonder if someone out there would think it’s a little silly. 😂

But honestly? I don’t care. 💖

There’s so much heaviness out there — so much news, so much noise, so many reasons to feel anxious and tired and done. 😩 I see it. I feel it. I’m not tuning it out. I’m just… choosing to protect my happiness. 🌈

I recently got very sick, and let me tell you: burnout, depression, and mental exhaustion are way too easy to fall into when you let the world in for too long without a break.

I can’t fix everything that’s wrong with the world. (Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could? ✨)
But I can choose where I put my energy. And I choose to pour it into things that make me smile.

Yes — I’m a grown woman.
I pay bills, file taxes, show up to work. I do all the serious, responsible things. But the sight of a pink notepad with a smiling bunny or a sticker sheet full of tiny rainbow unicorns still makes my heart do a happy little dance. 🦄
